MONEY!!

In our class we have payday dollars ( its ataully funny money) and we get payed in payday dollars every two weeks if we do our jobs. I share two jobs with my friend Tom those two jobs are: stationery managers and class librian. Here are some pictures of our class's currencey. We also have totra trading every second friday.

FINDOUTS

Tomorrow our class is going to have the findout awards.A findout is were you come up with five questions and answer them. Then you present it to the class (. in my case crossing a river.) The fdindout I'm presenting is called ''Crossing a river'' also we have invited our buddy class for a pizza lunch.after the pizza lunch our class is planing to go down to the riverside pool to fulfill the class's goal of everyone swimming fifty meters.I hope i will be able to swim fifty meters.Here is a picture of my findout ''crossing a river''.Hope you like it.

Ropswings

THE CAY

The cay is a book by Theodore Taylor.It is about a black man called Timothy and a white americain boy called Phillip, together they survive on a cay (an island) in the devils mouth.Set in the carribean it is a exelent story highly recomended. In our class we have been making models of the cay out plasticene. My model is called survival at sunset.

FISHING

On camp me Tom,Louie,Ben.A,and Liam got to got to go fishing while the rest of the class went paint balling at happy valley.I caught two blue cod.Here is a picture of my friend Tom on his boat with his dad.

ART

On Mondays I go to the Suter to go to my art classes which are taken by Esther.If your wondering where and what the Suter is I am now going to tell you.The Suter is located on bridge street and is a wonderful art gallery. On saturdays it is free so you don't have to pay.right now there are two exihibions going on at the Suter that I know of.the first one is lots of really cool paintings by nelson artist Janice Gill. The other
exihibion is a pottery one. I haven't had time to look at it yet.

swim carnival

Two weeks ago on Tuesday we had our swim carnival. I only entered in 2 events. My freind Tom won the year six freestyle race. Here are some pictures of the swim carnival.

CAMP

Last week on Thursday we had a one night camp.it was loads of fun. On the Friday we walked up Peppin island. Here is a picture of my class on the top of Peppin island

Triathlon day

last week on tuesday we had our school Triathlon, I forgot mybike I had to run all the way home.It was a fun event.In the open race freya crashed it was the second time in two years that she had crashed.
